At RydeCruz, we treat every order like it’s the start of a new adventure. From the moment you place your order, our team will work carefully to prepare your items for their journey. We take pride in how we package your products – think snug wrapping, protective padding (yes, including that satisfying bubble wrap!), and a whole lot of love. We aim to ensure your goodies arrive in perfect condition, so you can unbox happiness as soon as it lands at your door.

Order Processing (5-7 Days)

Once you hit checkout, we don’t just toss your items in a box and send it off – we take our time to do it right. We typically take about 5-7 days to process your order. During this period, we’re double-checking your items, making sure everything meets our quality standards, and wrapping everything up with care. We know waiting can be tough, but these few days ensure that what comes your way is nothing short of excellent.

Shipping Times by Region

After processing, your order is ready to ship out into the world. Delivery times will depend on where you call home:

 United States: 7-15 business days

 Europe: 4-15 business days

 Oceania (Australia, New Zealand, etc.): 7-15 business days

 South America & Africa: 10-20 business days

 Asia: 3-10 business days

We do everything we can to get your order moving quickly. Keep in mind these times are estimates for transit (once it leaves our warehouse). Sometimes your package might arrive sooner (woohoo!), and occasionally there could be slight delays due to customs or local postal services, especially for more remote locations. Rest assured, we’ll keep you updated along the way.

The moment we hand your package over to the carrier, we’ll send you a tracking number. This way, you can follow your RydeCruz order every step of the way, from our doorstep to yours. Feel free to refresh that tracking page and check its journey (we do it too!).
